ABUTEC uses state of the art 3D Design Software to design, engineer, model, and draft each system.

Low Emission Enclosed flare for all Digester Gas Applications. Can be used as Emergency Backup with Automatic start/stop or Continuously. Infinite Turndown capabilty (with respect to flow) as long as sufficient inlet pressure is available (i.e. greater than 5"w.c.)

We offer certified welders and top notch fabricators, specializing in piping, sheet metal and plate fabrication, equipment fabrication, and installations along with complete design and engineering services. All these services can be bundled together to offer you the most comprehensive “one stop shop”!

ABUTEC Controls provides custom engineered, designed, and built UL 508 control panels.  ABUTEC’s control panel shop is based in Gainesville, GA and serves the US and Canadian market.  We are a custom UL 508a Panel shop.

We are committed to ensuring that the products we supply perform to the specifications at your site.  Our Service Team is available 24 hrs per day and 365 days per year.  Our team is fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, German, and many more languages.
