ABUTEC Manufacturing

ABUTEC focuses on Quality and Craftsmanship while only using the finest, most experienced, certified welders and technicians available.  All systems are built according to the most stringent codes and regulations and must go through rigorous Quality Control inspections at each stage of the manufacturing process.   In addition, all systems are fully and completely functionally tested in our shop prior to release.  This ensures the completed and assembled product arrives in a ready to install manner.

ABUTEC uses state of the art 3D Design Software to design, engineer, model, and draft each system.

Low Emission Enclosed flare for all Digester Gas Applications. Can be used as Emergency Backup with Automatic start/stop or Continuously. Infinite Turndown capabilty (with respect to flow) as long as sufficient inlet pressure is available (i.e. greater than 5"w.c.)
